We offer sliding fee scale (based on federal poverty guidelines) for the uninsured.

JCCSI is a FTCA Deemed organization that is governed by a volunteered board of directors. At least 51% of the board must be consumers of our services. The board members reside in the communities we serve. This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal PHS deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
