Open Hands Clinic

Our Open Hands Clinic provides comprehensive healthcare services to the community. The mission of JCCSI is to provide high quality, accessible primary healthcare and social services to all patients, especially to vulnerable and special populations, such as the homeless and individuals living with HIV/AIDs. We accept more insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid, and offer a sliding fee scale (based on federal poverty guidelines) for the uninsured.
