A Message from the Executive Director
Mr. Larnell W. Davis

Over a period of 36 years, JCCSI has provided continuous quality affordable comprehensive health services to the residents of our service area. We have emphasized access to services, improvement in the quality of services and the elimination of health disparities. JCCSI continues to provide leadership in providing HIV services in the state through its Division of Special Programs that targets HIV positive clients and those at risk. Quality early childhood development programs also continue to be a focus of JCCSI. Head Start is working to ensure compliance with all program regulations while providing early childhood development activities to 517 children and their families. Additional services are provided through the Arkansas Better Chance program, Childhood, and a teen parenting program.
